Rowan Packer is an experienced sustainability leader with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director - Head of Sustainability and Energy at MAPP since April 2020, Rowan oversees Sustainability initiatives across the organization and reports directly to the CEO. Prior to this role, Rowan was the Head of Sustainability for CLS Holdings plc, focusing on the organization's sustainability culture from August 2014 to April 2020, and also held the position of Energy & Sustainability Manager at Land Securities. Previous experience includes roles at CBRE and Sainsbury's, where Rowan developed comprehensive energy reduction and sustainability strategies. An alumnus of Kenmont High School, Rowan completed A-levels in diverse subjects, instilling a strong educational foundation for a successful career in sustainability.
