Sina Moatar Rashkhari is a highly experienced electrical engineer specializing in HV substations and transmission lines. Currently serving as the Design & Engineering Manager at MAPNA-MD1 since June 2013, Sina has managed over 15 projects in HV substations design and engineering management for utilities and power generation companies, including conceptual designs for grid connections to power plants and wind farms. Prior roles include Senior Electrical Design Engineer at MAPNA MD2 and Project Technical Manager at PARSIAN HV Substations Development Co., with a cumulative experience of over 20 projects in combined cycle power plants and large-scale HV substations. Sina holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from Shahrood University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
