Merrell Harcrow has extensive experience in the field of refrigeration and process safety management, currently serving as Faculty Manager at Trident Seafoods Corporation since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing various PSM/RM programs and overseeing the maintenance and operation of critical support equipment, including boilers and wastewater systems. Additionally, Merrell Harcrow has been with Maplehurst Bakeries, LLC since October 1989 in the dual roles of PSM/RMP Coordinator and Refrigeration Technician, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to safety and operational efficiency in refrigeration systems.
