Colin Hristow is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing diverse teams and overseeing property operations. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd since September 2016, Colin is responsible for supervising staff, conducting property inspections, and managing financial accounts. Previously held the position of Property Manager at Ontario Property Management Group from May 2013 to September 2016. Colin has a solid foundation in entrepreneurship as the Founder and Manager of Niloc Painting, where responsibilities included marketing, invoicing, and customer service. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Management and Environment, Sustainability, and Society from Dalhousie University, complemented by a diploma in Police Foundations from Seneca College.
