Violet Baker is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in product development and research. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since November 2024, Violet previously held leadership roles at Greenleaf Foods and Maple Leaf Foods Inc, including Vice President of Research, Development and Technology and Director of Product Development. Violet's career at Maple Leaf Foods began in 2006, progressing through various positions from Food Technologist Co-op to Director of Product Development. Educationally, Violet holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Guelph, earned between 2003 and 2008.
