Zachary S. Tucker

Zachary S. Tucker has had a diverse work experience. Zachary S. started their career as a Live Production Intern at Maple Leaf Farms in 2011. Later, they worked as a Special Projects Coordinator, acting as a liaison and organizing research projects at the company. In 2016, they became the Live Production Audit and Research Projects Manager, responsible for managing audits and research projects. In 2018, they took on multiple board member roles at various organizations, including the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Warsaw Education Foundation Inc, and Kosciusko County Purdue Extension. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of QA Communication & Compliance at Maple Leaf Farms. Zachary S. then served as the Retention & Efficiency Manager, responsible for implementing strategies to improve retention and efficiency. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility at Maple Leaf Farms. Additionally, they are a Board Member at the Indiana State Poultry Association.

Zachary S. Tucker completed their education in the following chronology:

- From 2008 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Animal Agribusiness from Purdue University.

- Starting in 2021 and ending in 2023, they pursued a Master of Agricultural Economics degree at Purdue University.

- Similarly, from 2021 to 2023, they concurrently studied for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.

In terms of additional certifications, Zachary obtained the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification from the International HACCP Alliance and Professional Food Safety Ltd., year unspecified. Additionally, in June 2013, they became an Indiana NPIP Authorized Agent through the Indiana State Poultry Association (ISPA).
