Charles Rodríguez serves as Vice President and Puerto Rico CIO at MAPFRE since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in IT and solutions architecture. Previously, Charles held the position of Senior Solutions Architect at Unqork from January 2022 to April 2024 and served as Solutions Architect at Novalián Solutions and MMM Holdings LLC. Earlier roles included Software Engineer III at Abarca Health LLC and Consultant at Nagnoi, Inc., where diverse projects spanned public and private sectors, particularly in health and retail. Charles began the career as a Jr. Systems Engineer at PRC-Group and gained initial experience as an intern at First BanCorp. Charles holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, obtained in 2009.
