Kaitlyn Cahill, MBA, has extensive experience in customer service, event coordination, and mentoring. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative at MAPFRE Insurance Company Inc. since June 2016, Kaitlyn has progressed through various roles, handling complex billing issues and training peers. Prior roles include Special Event/Programming Assistant at Eastman Recreation, where event coordination and promotional activities were key responsibilities, and serving as a Peer Mentor at Colby-Sawyer College, assisting in the integration of students. Kaitlyn’s earlier experiences include supervisory roles in lifeguarding and swim instruction at MassParks, where organizational and leadership skills were honed.
