Larissa Arias Fabián has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Larissa began their career as an Assistant Accountant at Universidad de Piura in 2012, then moved to ONG "AURORA VIVAR" as an Assistant Accountant in 2011. In 2013, they became an Audit Specialist at Deloitte Perú, then moved to KPMG in 2014 as an Audit Specialist. In 2016, they took on the role of Executive Director of Sales at Zrii,LLC. Larissa is currently working at Manzana Verde, where they have held the roles of COO, Head of Partner Alliance, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Sales Manager, Expansion Manager, and Gerente Comercial. Her role as Gerente Comercial involves managing the Manzanaverde.pe platform, which provides simple nutritional goals for busy people through an ecommerce delivery and online nutritional advice.

Larissa Arias Fabián completed a Programa de Alta especialización en NIIFs at Universidad ESAN in 2016. Larissa also obtained a Contador Público certification from the Universidad de Piura in August 2014. From 2009 to 2013, they studied Contabilidad y Auditoría at the Universidad de Piura and obtained a Bachiller en Contabilidad y Auditoría from UDEP - Universidad de Piura.
