Pauline Valade is currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Manzana Products Co. Inc. since June 2024, following a year and a half as a VIE Ingénieur amélioration continue within the same company, where valuable insights into continuous improvement, sustainable development, and packaging reduction were gained. Prior experience includes roles as an apprentice engineer focused on continuous improvement at ETABLISSEMENTS GUILLET FRERES-CIDRES KERISAC and various internships in viticulture and oenology at prestigious vineyards, contributing to practical tasks and learning the intricacies of wine production. Pauline holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, a BTSA in Viticulture and Oenology from LEGTA Blanquefort, and a Bac STAV from LEGTA Toulouse-Auzeville.
