Roseanne Hernandez currently serves as the Lead Site Case Manager/Social Worker at Many Mansions, focusing on helping Veterans achieve self-sufficiency and maintain housing. Concurrently, Roseanne is a Graziadio Business School Student Ambassador at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, aiding current students in various capacities. Previous experience includes roles at Mercy House Living Centers as a Logistics Specialist and Housing Navigator/Case Manager, as well as work at the National Health Foundation as a Social Services Coordinator and at Turning Point Foundation as a Senior Case Manager supporting homeless Veterans. Additional background includes mental health support at Vista del Mar Hospital, overseeing homeless services at Community Action of Ventura County, and providing community support as a volunteer. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University, multiple bachelor's degrees from UC Santa Barbara, and various associate degrees from Oxnard College.
