Heart Dino, FSA, currently serves as Associate Director of Regional Actuarial Services in the IFRS 17 Center of Excellence Team at Manulife, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Heart held several key roles at Manulife Cambodia from June 2019 to October 2023, including Director and Associate Director of Pricing, with responsibilities encompassing local and IFRS financial reporting, reserves, capital reporting, business forecasting, and more. Prior to that, Heart was a Senior Actuarial Analyst - Team Lead at Manulife from September 2013 to June 2019, contributing to the Asia Risk Management Team, and undertaking short-term assignments in Hong Kong and Canada focused on valuation operations and actuarial recruitment. Heart is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics at the University of the Philippines, which began in 2011.
