Hien Tran Van currently serves as AVP and Head of Agency Strategy and Business Development at Manulife Vietnam since July 2022. Prior to this role, Hien held the position of Head of Agency Business Performance & Strategic Planning at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. from October 2018 to June 2022, focusing on distribution and agency channels. Hien’s earlier experience includes leadership in analytics and decision management at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed business analytics and insights for consumer business, and roles at Vietnam International Bank and HSBC that involved customer analytics and CRM. Early career experiences at Generali and Prudential included corporate planning and business intelligence. Hien holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Economics HCM City, earned between 2002 and 2006.
