Reynard Rustandi has an extensive work experience, starting in 2001 with PT "K" Line Indonesia, where they worked as a Team Manager until 2013. In 2006, they joined K Line Indonesia as a Team Manager, which lasted until 2013 as well. Reynard then moved to PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia in 2011, where they served as a Unit Manager until 2019. In 2020, they joined Manulife Indonesia (PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia) as a Branch Manager, and as of January 2022, they are working as a Business Director in the same company.

Reynard Rustandi completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industry Management from Trisakti University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended SMUK III BPK Penabur from 1995 to 1997, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. Additionally, in June 2020, Reynard obtained a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from FPSB Indonesia.
