Aditya Nugraha Riadji has a solid work experience in the insurance industry. Aditya started their career at Commonwealth Life, where they held various managerial roles from District Manager to Senior Agency Manager. In 2020, they joined FWD Insurance as a Financial Wealth Manager before transitioning to their current role as Business Director at Manulife Indonesia. Aditya has demonstrated their expertise and leadership skills throughout their career progression.

Aditya Nugraha Riadji attended SD Santa Maria from 1993 to 1998. Aditya then proceeded to SMP Santa Theresia, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. After completing junior high school, Aditya attended SMU Santa Theresia between 2000 and 2002. Following this, Aditya pursued higher education at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, where they earned a degree in Accounting and Business/Management (S.E) from 2002 to 2006.
