Christy Montgomery is currently serving as the ASDP Program Analyst and Team Lead at MES, Inc., focusing on enhancing academic skills for pre-Basic Trainee students to improve ASVAB scores. Previously, Christy worked as an Education and Training Technician at the 405th Army Field Support Brigade, overseeing driver testing and training for over 1,500 personnel annually and implementing significant operational improvements, including the transition to virtual processing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Christy's earlier roles include Collections Supervisor and Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care, where responsibilities included optimizing accounts receivable processes and increasing collections efficiency. Additional experience includes positions as Study Coordinator and Data Technician at Duke University Health System and a Colorguard Instructor with Millbrook High School Band Boosters. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
