Dean Sloan is an experienced color specialist and production artist with a robust background in large format printing and digital pre-press. Currently employed at Manual Woodworkers & Weavers since December 2010, Dean manages the production of custom color print samples and oversees preflight procedures. Previous roles include production artist positions at 360 Digital Media and TPM, where responsibilities encompassed file preparation, color correction, and operation of various large format printers. Early career experience includes image manipulation and digital pre-press at Visual Impressions, pre-press and press operations at Powerhouse Color, and scanner operations at World Color and Arts Engraving Company. Dean's education includes training from the 3M Training Center and coursework at Central Piedmont Community College.
