Juan Moreno is a highly skilled Materials Scientist with extensive experience in material formulation, characterization, and process optimization. Currently employed at Mantle Inc. since March 2021, Juan develops new paste and support material recipes, establishes material standards, and optimizes manufacturing processes. Previous roles include Materials Process Engineer at Mackin Talent, where methodologies for tracking resin formulations and material characterization were developed, as well as Graduate Researcher at San Jose State University, focusing on polymer-supported catalysts. Early career experience includes internships at NASA Ames Research Center and positions at Enevate Corporation and Quantumsphere, Inc., enhancing expertise in thermal protection materials, thin film processing, and raw material preparation. Juan holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
