Jeffrey Evans is currently a partner at MANTIS Venture Capital. Jeffrey has over fifteen years of experience in the venture capital and private equity industry. Prior to joining MANTIS, Jeffrey was a co-founder and CEO of TigerText, a mobile messaging startup that was acquired by Qualcomm in 2012. Jeffrey also served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Hall Kinion, a global management consulting firm, from August 2003 to April 2005.

Jeffrey has a long history of working in the staffing industry. Jeffrey was the President of Kforce OnStaff Group from January 1999 to December 2004. Jeffrey also served as the CEO of Buskin Records and BassLine Artist Management, and as the President of Orion International.

Jeffrey Evans has an MBA in economics from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in economics from Emory University.
