Patrick Fricko began their work experience in 2001 as a Technical Service Manager at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Patrick held various roles within the department, including Security Alarm Programmer, Security and Fire Alarm CAD Design, Security Specialist, and Central Monitoring Station Operator. In 2015, they joined Chesapeake & Midlantic Marketing as an Intrusion and Video Solutions professional. In 2017, they became a Project Manager at Wayman Fire Protection, Inc. and held that role until 2020. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Mantis Innovation, starting in July 2020.

Patrick Fricko earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from PennWest California, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Before attending college, they obtained their High School Diploma from Haverford Senior High School, graduating in 1996. In addition to their formal education, Patrick also obtained a certification in 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in June 2021.
