Maria Cristina Scarano is a senior print designer who currently works for Mantero Seta Spa since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Etro for eight years from February 2013 to January 2020, where they held the position of fashion and graphic designer. Maria Cristina also had an internship at Etro from July 2012 to January 2013. Before joining Etro, they had an internship at JKR Productions Srl from March 2012 to July 2012 as a graphic design intern.

Maria Cristina Scarano began their education in 2007 at Politecnico di Milano, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design in 2010. Maria Cristina then pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Design for the Fashion System from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, they also participated in an exchange program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, focusing on Fashion Design.
