Paul Caon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul is currently working as a Client Engagement Principal at Mantel Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Digital Delivery Manager at MECCA Brands from March 2021 to July 2022. Paul also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Alchemy Solutions from November 2020 to March 2021 and as the Managing Partner - Victoria from August 2019 to November 2020. Other notable roles include Group Head of Digital Operations (interim) at Country Road Group from October 2019 to March 2020, Lead Agile Facilitator - Online Discovery & Checkout (interim) at MYER in June and July 2019, and Group Manager - Victoria at Elabor8 from February 2016 to June 2019, along with several other roles within the same company. Paul has also worked at ANZ, TAL Life, Telstra, and ANZ in various business analysis and project management roles.

Paul Caon attended Rostrevor College from 1983 to 1990. Paul then went on to study at the University of South Australia from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Science with a minor in Business.
