Todd Welsh has over two decades of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Infrastructure and Zero Trust Engineering at ManTech since March 2004. In this role, Todd Welsh oversees the creation and maintenance of processes for telecommunication and data center service delivery, including 24x7 monitoring of IT systems. Prior to this position, Todd Welsh worked as the Director of Telecommunications Services at ManTech, where responsibilities included architecture, design, and management of LAN/WAN/MPLS networks. Before joining ManTech, Todd Welsh was a Systems Administrator for Fairfax County Public Schools, leading a team of technology support specialists and managing technology operations. Todd Welsh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from George Mason University, earned in 2002.
