Christopher Cleary, PMP, CISSP, serves as the Vice President of the Global Cyber Practice at ManTech and as the President of the Military Cyber Professionals Association since November 2023. Previously, Christopher held the position of Principal Cyber Advisor for the Department of the Navy, overseeing the implementation of the DoD's Cyber Strategy and managing recruitment, training, and acquisition of cyber capabilities. Additional roles include Chief Information Security Officer for the US Navy and Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Leidos, among others. Christopher's educational background includes a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy.
