Chris Dolch is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in sourcing and staffing for various sectors, including the Defense and Intelligence Community. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Recruiter at ManTech since April 2023, Chris specializes in identifying highly cleared candidates. Prior to this role, Chris was the President and Recruiting Specialist at Recruiting Services International, LLC for over two decades, providing comprehensive staffing solutions across multiple industries. Chris also has a background in management positions at TMP Worldwide, Augmentation, Inc., TAD Technical Services, and Aerotek, beginning recruitment career as a Recruiter in 1989 after earning a BA in American Studies from McDaniel College.
