Ujwala Phutak has over a decade of experience in research and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of R & D NVH at Mansons International Pvt. Ltd. since January 2014, focusing on polymer value engineering and validation testing. Previously, Ujwala held roles as QA Manager and Management Representative at the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA) from 2006 to 2014, along with experience as a Quality Control Chemist. Ujwala holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, both from the University of Mumbai.
