Oliver Gerber currently serves as the Leiter Digitalisierung at Manser Group AG, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of digitalization projects, while also analyzing business processes to identify digitalization potentials. Previously, Oliver held roles as HR-Projektleiter, managing the digitalization of human resources for seven companies with over 600 employees, and as a member of the executive board, responsible for finance and HR at Reklame-Technik AG and Safety Signage by Reklame-Technik AG. Additional experience includes positions in administration and project management at FSL Veranstaltungstechnik, and logistics and transport at Habegger AG. Oliver's educational background includes a degree in Digital Transformation Management from ELG E-Learning Group, as well as qualifications in payroll management, human resources, and transport logistics.
