Eliane Mello Sousa has a diverse work experience in human resources and administrative roles. Eliane is currently the Head of Human Resources at Manresa Bread since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Compass Made from April 2018 to August 2021, where they managed various HR functions, provided legal advice, and assisted in employee relations. From April 2012 to April 2018, they served as an HR/Office Manager at Personalis, Inc, where they communicated with departments and assisted in recruitment and screening processes. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Aperto Networks from April 2008 to December 2011, overseeing employee relations, benefits programs, and policy development. Eliane also worked briefly as an Administrative Associate at Stanford University and as a Loan Process Coordinator at Countrywide Mortgage.

Eliane Mello Sousa completed a Certificate Program in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley from 2012 to 2014. Eliane also obtained a Post Graduated degree in Human Resource from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Moraes Junior University Rio de Janeiro. Eliane also holds a certification in Human Resource Management from UC Berkeley Extension.
