Ylva Gardell Carlbom currently serves as the Sales Enablement Lead in Strategic Business at ManpowerGroup, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Ylva worked within ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions as part of the Center of Excellence for HR Solutions from March 2022 to January 2023, focusing on enhancing Employer Value Proposition and ensuring effective talent management. Ylva’s experience includes business development roles at Right Management from September 2015 to February 2022, where smart HR solutions were developed, and as a Senior Sales Representative at Manpower Sverige between April 2010 and September 2015, conducting consultative selling for major clients. Earlier career roles involved leadership in the Master Service Provider at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and experience in IT and administration at Ung Företagsamhet. Ylva holds a Bachelor's degree in Media & Communication Science from Södertörn University and has pursued education at Stockholm University and Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
