Karolina Drewniak-Rakus has extensive experience in recruitment and project management, currently serving as a Permanent Placement Project Manager at Manpower Polska since July 2015. Responsibilities include managing large-scale recruitment projects primarily in the SSC/BPO sector, collaborating closely with clients, leading recruitment teams, and implementing tailored solutions. Prior roles include Senior Project Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant, where Karolina managed recruitment processes for various levels, built long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and conducted market research on employer needs.
