Aleksandra Niezgoda is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an OnSite Solution Supervisor at Manpower Polska since May 2021, after progressing through various roles including Senior OnSite Solution Consultant and OnSite Solution Consultant. Prior to this, Aleksandra worked at Trenkwalder Polska as a Junior Specialist in Personnel and Recruitment from July 2020 to May 2021. Aleksandra holds a master's degree in Administration from the University of Wroclaw, completed in June 2022, and a bachelor's degree in Criminology from the same institution, obtained in 2020.
