Jayne Caffrey is an experienced professional in recruitment and workforce solutions, currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Engineering/Technical at ManpowerGroup since October 2015 and as a Lead Technical Consultant at Manpower UK since December 2017. Jayne has also held the position of Head of Business Development at SEP Resource Solutions from February 2023 to September 2023, and previously worked as an Employer Adviser/Engagement Manager at DWP from December 1991 to September 2015, focusing on recruitment and business analysis in Knowsley and Liverpool. Jayne holds an HND in Business & Finance from Hugh Baird University Centre, completed in 1994, and graduated from St Mary's High School in Liverpool in 1988.
