Axel VANBAELINGHEM is currently an Ingénieur amélioration continue at ManOrga since September 2022, having previously completed an engineering internship focused on continuous improvement for the same company in 2022. Prior experience includes seasonal work at LITTORAL PRIMEUR from June 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities involved stock management, customer service, and store organization. Axel also contributed to the industrial project at CARLIER CHAINES, working on the reactivation of a chain link welding machine, and completed a technician internship at Groupe SNEF, enhancing programming for a project. Early professional exposure included a brief operator internship at TODD GT. Axel's educational background includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in engineering from Icam, a DUT in mechanical engineering from Université d'Artois, and a BTS in automated systems design from Icam, along with a scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Auguste Angellier.
