Ibiyinka Dada has a diverse range of work experience in digital marketing and growth management. Ibiyinka started their career at Terragon Group as a Digital Account Manager in 2014 before moving to WeChat (Naspers Group) as a Marketing Lead for West Africa in 2015. In 2016, they joined One Finance & Investment as a Digital Marketing Specialist and later transitioned to Wunderman in the same role, where they managed digital communication for MTN, Africa's largest telco company.
In 2017, Ibiyinka joined Transsion as the Digital Marketing Lead for West Africa and then moved to Airtel as a Digital Marketing Manager. At Airtel, their responsibilities included translating product briefs and business objectives into achievable digital goals, managing marketing campaigns and owned assets, and identifying innovative media opportunities.
Following their time at Airtel, Ibiyinka joined Spotify in 2021 as a Growth Manager for SSA, where they played a key role in driving growth for the company. Ibiyinka later became the Global Growth Manager before joining MANO as the Head of Growth & Marketing for Africa in 2023.
Ibiyinka Dada obtained a Diploma in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Digital Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Ahmadu Bello University in 2012. Additionally, Ibiyinka holds certifications such as YouTube Brand Partner Program (2017), Google Adwords Certified (2015), and Diploma in Social Media Marketing (2014).
