Wm. Raymond Manning, FAIA, has had an extensive career in architecture. In 1974, they started as an Associate Architect at Gilbert Commonwealth and later moved to Smith Hinchman and Grylls as an Associate Architect in 1976. Wm. Raymond then joined Hewitt-Washington and Associates in 1979 as a Project Manager until 1985. In the same year, Manning founded Manning Architects and Manning, APC, where they served as a Founder/Managing Principal, CEO, and President. Throughout their career, Manning has showcased their expertise and leadership abilities in the field of architecture.
Wm. Raymond Manning, FAIA, obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Architecture from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge from 1969 to 1974. Wm. Raymond then pursued a Master of Architecture degree in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Michigan between 1974 and 1976. Mr. Manning also holds a LEED AP BD+C certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, which they obtained in September 2015.
