Brian Boner has a long history of working in the IT field. Brian began their career in 1995 as a PC Technician for Interlink Communications. In 1996, they were re-hired by Interlink as a Network Administrator, managing 5 servers and 30+ desktops. In 1998, they moved to Elliptus Technologies as a Network Administrator. In 2002, they became an Independent Contractor for DynCorp International, managing ABSS software on Solaris and receiving a Top Secret clearance. That same year, they were hired by Infonet as a Microsoft Systems Administrator, managing 120+ Windows servers and providing support for application administrators. In 2004, they began working for TBG Financial as a Sr. Systems Administrator, managing 80+ Windows servers and 400+ desktops. In 2006, they became the IT Director for Penny Lane Centers, managing the IT team for a $40M non-profit contract provider of DMH & DCFS services regulated by HIPAA. In 2012, they were hired by Arvato Digital Services as an IT Manager, managing an IT support team within a global company of more than 68,000 employees across 30 countries. Finally, in 2013, they joined Mannassi Consulting LLC as an IT Operations Manager, managing and mentoring a dozen IT field and call center engineers.
Brian Boner obtained their High School Diploma from Chatsworth High School between 1990 and 1994. Brian then attended California State University of Northridge and received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Security in 2000. Brian has also obtained various certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, and Cisco. These certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Microsoft Windows 2000 (2004), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSI 2.0) (2002), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (2001), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCPI 2.0) (2001), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 (2000), A+ (1999), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP 2.0) (1999), VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) (2015), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 2.0) (2001).
