Jason Naipaul is an experienced avionics systems engineer currently working at MANNARINO since August 2022, focusing on the UAS delivery program and overseeing the development and validation of subsystem and component requirements under the ARP4754 process. Previously, Jason held multiple engineering roles at BOMBARDIER from July 2018 to August 2022, contributing to the design, testing, and certification of avionics systems for various aircraft, including the Global 6500 and 5500, with a specialization in integrating advanced avionics systems. Jason's early career included positions as a First Officer with Caribbean Airlines Ltd, accumulating significant flight hours on the Boeing 737-800 and DHC-8-300, as well as an internship at the Trinidad & Tobago Civil Aviation Authority. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ryerson University.
