Subsequently, they worked as a Customer Account Representative II at Countrywide Home Loan Inc, where they communicated with branch personnel, borrowers, appraisers, and entry contacts, scheduling appraisals and home inspections.

In 2004, Tanisha became a Customer Service Supervisor at Countrywide Home Loans, overseeing regional customer service staff and ensuring the timely completion of appraisal applications.
