Karen Menz is an Integrated Health Coach at Healing Rise Up Solutions since January 2018 and operates as a Marketing Manager in a self-employed capacity since November 2015. With a longstanding role as a Domestic Engineer at Healing Rise Up since February 2012, Karen advocates for proactive solutions in optimal nutritional health and beauty. Additionally, Karen serves as a Small Group Leader at Manna Church since January 2010, facilitating a supportive environment centered on spiritual growth and communal studies. Academically, Karen is pursuing a Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (2018-2025) and holds a Master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University (2007-2008) as well as a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies with a focus on Communication from Louisiana Tech University (1996-2000).
