In 2002, Toby became the booking manager for Hippodrome Theatre/France - Merrick Performing Arts Center where they worked until 2006. Toby then became the director of events for Maroon PR from December 2005 to December 2006. In 2007, Toby became the Director of Rentals & Presentations for Meyerhoff Symphony Hall / Baltimore Symphony Orch., a position they held until 2015. In their current role as VP of Artistic Planning & Chief Innovation Officer at Mann Center for the Performing Arts, Toby is responsible for overseeing all artistic planning and programming initiatives.
