Monisha George has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Monisha began their career at Ernst & Young as a Client Support Specialist in 2007. After two years, they joined Titan Industries for a brief period as a Market Researcher. In 2012, they joined Essilor as a Senior Marketing Executive and eventually became Deputy Manager in charge of Product and Marketing. From 2016 to 2018, Monisha worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant for a start-up. Most recently, they held the position of Account Lead for Promotion products and later became the Head of Ecommerce at Manjushree Technopack Limited.
Monisha George completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from St Joseph's Institute of Management during the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from St Josephs college of Commerce from 2004 to 2007. Their higher secondary education in Commerce was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2002 to 2004, followed by secondary education in English Language and Literature/Letters at Barnes School from 2000 to 2002. Monisha also received a certification in Digital Marketing from Digital Vidya in 2017.
