Philbert Gabaldon possesses extensive experience in the refrigeration and service management sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager at R&B Commercial Service Company since April 2018, Philbert also holds the position of Service Manager at El Campo Refrigeration since March 2016 and has been the Regional Service Manager at Manitowoc Foodservice since September 2005, where responsibilities include managing 124 independent service contractors. Philbert's career began as a Service Technician at R&B Service Company from September 1995 to September 2005 and was preceded by service in the US Navy from August 1990 to September 1995, focusing on refrigeration.
