Shannon Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2005 to present, they have been with Manitoba Hydro, where they have held various roles including Director of Distribution Operations and Maintenance in Winnipeg. Prior to this, they worked at TD as the Manager of Private Banking from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they have experience at TD Asset Management as the Director of Investment and Banking Solutions from 2000 to 2003.

Shannon Johnson completed the CMA Executive Program with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). They also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (honours) degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Manitoba.
