Luke Johnston is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience in risk management and product development. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Manitoba Blue Cross since July 2021, Luke previously held the positions of Chief Actuary and Vice President, Product and Risk Management at Manitoba Public Insurance from December 2002 to July 2021. With a strong educational foundation, Luke is a Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Manitoba, completed in 2001.
