Jan Michael Bal-ot has extensive experience in both administrative and support roles within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving at Manitoba Blue Cross since March 2021, Jan Michael holds positions as an Administration professional, Disability Case Manager, and Life & Disability Administrative Support. Prior to this, Jan Michael worked at Best Buy Canada from June 2003 to November 2021 as part of the Geek Squad. Additionally, Jan Michael served as a Fitness Instructor at The University of Winnipeg from January 2017 to March 2020. Jan Michael holds a 4-Year Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, and Exercise Science from The University of Winnipeg, completed between 2013 and 2020.
