Tim Gilbert currently serves as the President and CEO of the Maniilaq Association, overseeing health, social, and tribal services for a primarily Inupiaq Eskimo population in Northwest Alaska since June 2017. Prior to this role, Tim Gilbert was the CEO of the Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center from April 2010 to May 2017, leading an accredited ambulatory health center that provided a wide range of medical and public health services on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. Tim Gilbert also held the position of Senior Director at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium from July 2000 to July 2010, and served as the Hospital Administrator for the Maniilaq Association between July 1998 and June 2000. Tim Gilbert earned a Masters of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Dietetics from the University of Utah.
