Jennifer Moreland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently working as an Integration Engineer at Manifest MedEx since November 2022. Previously, Jennifer worked at the same company as an Interface Engineer from November 2017 to April 2022. During their time at Manifest MedEx, they specialized in developing customized HIE interface solutions using Rhapsody 5.x and 6.

Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Nuance Communications as an Interim Program Manager from July 2017 to November 2017, and as an Interface Engineer - Lead from March 2012 to November 2017. At Nuance Communications, they played a key role in delivering conversational and cognitive AI innovations in various industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, financial services, and retail, to improve customer experiences and increase productivity.

Jennifer also has experience as an Interface Engineer at Transcend Services from July 2011 to March 2012. Before that, they worked at CPSI as an Interface Implementation Install Analyst from June 2010 to July 2011, and as an Interface Implementation Support Analyst from February 2010 to June 2010.

Their earliest work experience includes working as a K-12 Math, Science, and English Tutor at The Tutoring Center Franchise Corp from May 2007 to June 2010, and as a Teacher Assistant at the University of South Alabama from January 2006 to June 2009.

Jennifer Moreland attended the University of Southern Maine from 2005 to 2006 but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Jennifer then attended the University of South Alabama from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their degree focused on Geology, Geography, and GIS. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications from Rhapsody, including Rhapsody Certified Expert Endorsement, Rhapsody Certified Professional, and Rhapsody Certified Professional Update. Jennifer received these certifications in October 2019.
