Brian Glennon has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to the present. In 2011, they began working at Staples as an Easy Tech Associate, where they maintained high sales metrics and kept the store up to corporate standards. In 2012, they took on the role of Band Manager for ASHES, where they performed as a guitarist, assisted in the booking of tours and shows, and maintained the band's social media outlets. In 2016, they began working at Olive Garden as a Bartender, where they serviced bar and dinner guests, crafted cocktails according to company standards, and abided by all food and safety regulations. In 2017, they began working at Guitar Center as a Sales Supervisor and Sales Specialist, where they provided guidance to sales associates on the sales floor, assisted with execution of daily tasks to ensure the highest level of customer service, and honed product knowledge, sales, and leadership skills. In 2019, they began working at Route 4 Auto Group as an Internet Sales Coordinator, where they scheduled, maintained, and confirmed appointments via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages, as well as communicated with customers to assist any and all questions and concerns throughout the car buying process. In 2020, they began working at Manic Kat Records as Vice President of A&R and New Business Development and A&R Executive, as well as at Maximus as a Customer Service Representative, where they answered incoming calls from the general public, prospective enrollees, and current enrollees while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in regards to HIPAA, met the company's quality assurance standard for all calls, and tracked and documented all calls and inquiries using company mandated systems.
