Melissa Zervos is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in adult education and ESOL. Currently serving as a Technical Assistance/Professional Development Specialist at Manhattan Strategy Group since August 2018, Zervos previously held the position of Adult Education Program Specialist at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation from October 2015 to July 2018. Prior to that, Zervos worked as an Instructional Specialist at Montgomery College from July 2002 to September 2015, where leadership was demonstrated in developing programs under the Maryland Consolidated Adult and Family Literacy Grant. Zervos also has experience as a Teacher Trainer at Lado International College, enhancing the skills of prospective ESL/EFL instructors. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in TESOL from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University.
