Vijay Muralidharan is a seasoned professional in labor solutions design, currently serving as Director at Manhattan Associates since April 2015, where responsibilities include leading software and functional design teams and ensuring the quality and reliability of labor management software. Prior experience includes roles at Bi-Lo Holdings, where Vijay managed engineered labor standards for over 500 retail locations, performed time studies, and led continuous improvement processes.
